In Sydney I went to both English and Persian schools. My English school was “Manly West Primary School”, which was right next to our house. My Persian school was an private one held by the Iranians there. I went to English school on weekdays and to Persian school on weekends. I went to kindergarten in Australia at Manly West Primary School and I stayed there until the end of year 4 when I came back to Iran. The school was very big and it had nice teachers. I learned English after a few months and got used to school. I was good at maths, but not so good in other subjects, probably because English was my second language. It was fun studying and I didn’t have a lot of homework. Every year the best student in each category was given an award. Here are the awards I’ve received in Manly West Primary School:
