	Bay Breeze 1 1/2 oz. vodka 1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice Combine vodka, pineapple juice and cranberry juice in a mixing glass with ice. Shake or stir. Pour in a rocks glass. Makes 1 cocktail.
	Bloody Mary (spicy) 2 oz. vodka 3 oz. tomato juice 1 tsp. lime juice 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish dash of salt and freshly ground pepper celery and lime wedge, to garnish Combine vodka, tomato juice, lime juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire, horseradish, salt and pepper in a mixing glass. Shake or stir. Salt the rim of a highball glass, if desired. Pour mixture into highball glass over ice. Garnish with celery and lime wedge. Makes 1 serving.
	Blue Hawaiian 2 oz. coconut rum (e.g., Parrot Bay, Malibu) 1 oz. blue curacao 2 oz. pineapple juice Combine coconut rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice in a mixing glass with ice. Shake or stir. Pour into a highball or hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange flag. Makes 1 serving.
	Buttery Nipple 3/4 oz. butterscotch schnapps 3/4 oz. Baileys Irish Cream Pour butterscotch Schnapps in a shot glass. Gently pour Bailey's over schnapps so that two distinct layers are formed. Makes 1 shots.
	California Ice Tea 3/4 oz. gin 3/4 oz. vodka 3/4 oz. triple sec 3/4 oz. white rum 3/4 oz. tequila 3/4 oz. sweet & sour mix 2 oz. orange juice lemon wheel or wedge Combine gin, vodka, triple sec, rum, tequila, sweet & sour mix and orange juice in a mixing glass filled with ice.
