Twillingate Museum

tm.jpg

This community museum was established in the former Anglican Rectory which proudly preserves Twillingate's rich history. Special rooms have been created to give a better feel of the way ancestors lived. Other rooms contain various displays related to various subjects. One room consists of a craft shop, which was started by the Women's Institute with Lorna Stuckless as president. This craft shop carries beautiful souvenirs handmade by local people and other crafts such as handmade quilts, wool sweaters, mittens, etc. Homemade preserves are also sold here.
