Best Smoothie Ever
makes 1 large smoothie

1 Ripe banana

3/4 c. - 1 c.  Vanilla Soy Milk (or regular milk)

1 serving Yoplait Custard Style Yogurt (any flavor)

1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh or frozen red or blackberries

4-5 fresh mint leaves

2 cardamom pods, seeds crushed (optional)

 

Mix everything in a blender until smooth, and enjoy!

* If your banana is slightly green, add a little honey for sweetness.
