Tomato-Basil-Veggie Pizza

1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust (I prefer Mama Mary's brand)

1/2-3/4 c. Ragu Tomato Basil pasta sauce

2 cloves fresh Garlic, sliced thin

2 tbls. sliced Sun-dried tomatoes, soft  (optional)

1/4 c. Fresh Basil Leaves (several whole leaves)

1 inch. piece Zucchini, halved and sliced

1/2 Portabella mushroom, stem removed, halved and sliced thin

Several Cherry tomatoes, sliced in thirds
       (halved grape tomatoes or one sliced Roma tomato may also be used)

1 tbls. Pine Nuts

1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

2 tbls. crumbled Feta Cheese

olive oil

Brush the pizza crust lightly with Olive oil. 

Top crust with all ingredients in the order listed.

Bake according to pizza crust instructions, or for 10 minutes at 425º F.
