Basic Smoothie
serves 1

1 Ripe banana

1 cup frozen berries

1 cup soy milk

1 tsp. honey, or to taste

1 tsp. lime juice

Mix in a blender until smooth! 

 

Add-ins

1 tbls. ground flax seed

2 tbls. crushed walnuts

1/2 cup yogurt

4-5 fresh mint leaves

1 shot coconut rum or peach schnapps.
