In CAMILLA, CHLOE's spirit lives on.  CHLOE's last litter produced only two puppies;

.......but what a pair!

While her brother was fighting to save his leg, CAMILLA took the helm and did us proud.  CAMILLA won her first CC at the tender age of seven months and never looked back.  She was never unplaced at Specialty level and was regularly seen winning at All Breeds Group and Show level.  CAMILLA went on to win some twenty one CC's and fourteen Res.CC's and was a MULTI BEST IN GROUP winner.

In 1993 CAMILLA went JUNIOR IN SHOW at the Queensland Rottweiler Club Championship Show under MRS JANE HEATH (UK).  CAMILLA placed 4th in the Open Bitch class at the 1994 and 1996 Championship Shows.

CAMILLA's critique from the 1994 Show reads;

Medium size. Good bone. Good head.
Dark eyes. Scissor Bite. Dark mouth
Good chest and forechest. Rear well
angulated. Topline straight. Coat good.
Markings good. Good mover.
- Mrs Hildegard Mikoleit (USA)

CAMILLA's half brother, SAXON, was Dog CC and RESERVE IN SHOW.  Her full brother, NAVAR, was third in the Australian Bred Dog Class at this Show.

CAMILLA came off the couch in 1997 and won the OPEN BITCH Class at the Queensland Rottweiler Club Open Show at six years of age.

Like her Dam, CAMILLA is proving herself to be quite a mother with two sons already SPECIALTY IN SHOW winners.  Her son, AUST.CH. KALRISSAN TOUCH THE FIRE, was JUNIOR IN SHOW at the Queensland Rottweiler Club Championship Show 1998 at just twelve months of age.  Her youngest son, AUST.CH.KALRISSAN AMRA, was CHAMPION PUPPY IN SHOW at the 1999 Queensland Rottweiler Club Championship Show under Walter Werner (Germany) at just 6 months of age. Amra was then Reserve CC, Australian Bred In Show and RESERVE IN SHOW at the 2000 Queensland Rottweiler Club Championship Show. Camilla has also produced two champion daughters for me - AUST. CH KALRISSAN FIRESTARTER and sister AUST.CH KALRISSAN HEARTS ON FIRE. Camilla also has a daughter in Honolulu KALRISSAN HOKU LEAH who has already had 2 majors at 13 and 15 months of age from the open class. Well done Leah.

Continuing the tradition of soundness, CAMILLA has already had fifteen progeny hip scored with a highest score of 8 and four scoring 0:0 (see our hip page)
All of this aside, life would be very different without this old girl and I look forward to many years with her by my side.  Never let the sun go down on this one.
