The Aids to Navigation Team (ANT for short) provides rapid response to damaged or failing navigational aids in harbors and inland waters. The small vessels assigned to these units (usually 45-65 footers) also perform routine maintainence. The ANT Boston patch depicts a 46' buoy boat, some buoys and the Boston Light lighthouse.
