Political Correctness:  Can not stand it.  Say what you mean and mean what you say.  I am constantly busted for speaking incorrectly and don't give a damn!  See I do swear
Walking v Running:  Both are good but I am a runner
Exercise:  So very important and overlooked.  Mind, Body and Spirit.  All three must be worked out.  I swim, lift and run.
