I don't care what anyone else says I loved this movie.  It is a real movie, not just a ball of fluff.

 Jeanne Crain is a young lady that is unmarried and pregnant.  Cary Grant is the doctor who she went to, to find out that she is pregnant.  Crain tries to commit suicide, after the news, and to try to save her from future attempts Grant tells her that the results were mixed up.  Then he finds out where she lives to break the news to her father, even though she still doesn't know of her condition.  While on her farm he realizes he is in love with her and asks her to marry him, while she still is unknowing of the pregnancy.
