     Well here it is.  .

As you can see, I had to shorten the length of the servo arm on my tail servo. The length that they suggest in the instructions is still to long. At .570 " arm length I was able to fly at 60 percent gain, in a hover and 50 percent gain upstairs. (Note I am running Xcells new tail rotor assembly and speed up gears in the tail) I do believe that I am running the 102mm tail blades, and the new 99spec torque tube. I am still messing around with the tail setup to get it just right and will probable be editing this review so come back and see what else new I have found out. I have also just recently picked up the new JR10X , so I haven't been able to give full attention to getting the tail perfect.

From what I can tell so far this thing is fantastic. Unlike any other gyro out there on the market. When they say Tail locking system they mean it. Its not as easy to setup like the CSM 540, but it is doable. The size is another thing I love about it it is even smaller the the GY501 and much lighter. As you can see in the pictures that I have taken the mounting tape is much thinner than what the norm is. From what they say it actually has its on air cushioning of air the hold the sensor in place that enables you to mount it down like this. The only hold back is the price. If you have the extra bucks to spend and want a great gyro "DO IT" you'll love it! If not the GY501, CSM540 and even the CSM360 are great choices. But don't forget to marry this gyro's with a fast tail servo. In this case with the G500T they strongly recommend the JR8700G Tail servo. I tried running the JR2700G but it did not like it and burnt up.  Also keep in mind that your linkage should be as free as possible . You should be able to move your tail linkage (disconnected from your servo) with your pinkie with ease. Smooth and free without any slop.

Updated: 02/01-

Well it has almost been a year, and sense then I have had a better chance to put this gyro through the test. In July of 2k I crashed my machine and destroyed my gyro, and unfortunately got another 5000. This 5000 was nothing like my original one. This gyro had a slight drifting problem. From what I can tell it is a common problem . If you have this much money to spend on a gyro, buy a futaba gyro and save the additional money.  I have just recently purchased The new gy502.. look for my review coming soon.

Well I hope that this helps out someone. if anyone has a little different method that is working great let me know. I would love to hear about it.
