4th Year Anniversary of the Skylark Website! I started this website on 1/26/00! It's hard to believe that 4 years have gone by since I started in the Hercverse!

Check out the Real Legendary Journeys This is a really cool website! The Iolausian bards are busy rewriting Seasons 1-6 of the Hercules series. This cool webpage currently houses the rewrites of Season 1. I love this website. I have the Hercules DVD Season 1 and Season 2 and I love watching the original episode on the DVD and then reading a better version of that same episode on the Real Legendary Journeys website! And the bards do a better job of telling the Hercules/Iolaus story because the bards emphasize the friendship between Hercules and Iolaus. The bards stick in Iolaus into the stories more than the original writers did. It's fun to watch the DVD and then go back to the RLJ page to read the rewrite! Believe me, the rewrites are always better than the originals! In the rewrites, you get to read about what the characters are thinking and doing and the rewrites provide an explanation of how and what the characters are feeling from episode to episode. For example, what happened to Iolaus after his wife died? How did Iolaus' wife die? How did Iolaus get over the death of his family? The orignal movies never answered that question, but the rewrites do. It's my newest hobby.

Michael Hurst now This website houses the latest post Hercules news about the Kiwi actor who played Iolaus on Hercules. This website has a revolving picture of Michael doing Hamlet. Just scroll down and look to the picture on the right to find a different picture every week. When Michael was doing Widow Twanky at the theatre, each week there would be a Michael in a different Twanky pose. Now it's Michael in different Hamlet pictures. Michael still looks good after all these years!
