O CANADA..What's In Toronto

Canada has been chosen by the United Nations as the best country to live in the world for the seventh consecutive year. Among the many interesting things and people of this land, Canada is a beautiful country, it is so grand and distintive that no words can actually describe its spectacular scenery. You have to come and explore this place for yourself in order to feel the wonderful embrace of the nature.
Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories.
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland & Labrador.
Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon Territory.
Get to know them, from the very first, Sir John A. MacDonald to our current prime minister, Jean Chretien.
Ottawa, the capitol of Canada, is situated in the province of Ontario. It is also where Toronto, the largest city and financial centre is located.
Toronto, like any other big city in the world, is full of fun, action, arts and entertainment, sports and adventure. It is the home of the Blue Jays, Raptors and Maple Leafs.

Stroll along the waterfront at the shoreline of Lake Ontario, see an exhibition or experience a cultural event at the Harbourfront Centre. Have lunch or dinner at the CN Tower, or view the whole city from its observation deck of the world's tallest free-standing structure at 553.33m (over 1,800 feet). If you are acrophobic, maybe go to a Blue Jays game at the Skydome or watch the Rapters at Air Canada Centre. And if you are not into sports, then go shopping at the Toronto Eaton Centre, the world renown shopping mall that can make you shop till you drop.

If you are more into arts and historical sight seeing, take a tour of Casa Loma, a castle in the middle of the city. See the art and archaelogy exhibitions at the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Royal Ontario Museum or have a hair-raising experience at Ontario Science Centre. Attend a concert at the Roy Thomson Hall, home of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

For outdoor activities, have a fun-filled day at Paramount Canada's Wonderland or Ontario Place, a theme park for the whole family. Of course, do not forget to visit Niagara Falls, one of the seven wonders in the world, approximately 2 hours drive from downtown Toronto.
