On Saturday, August 19, Michele's life was tragically cut short at the age of 25 by a drunk driver. On Monday, August 21st, there was a service held for the family. Her body was cremated and her ashes were spread in the Puget Sound. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in the name of Michele Valenti.
