Metrimond is a world of chaos. Before its occupation of the ghouls, it had    been a peaceful world. It was ruled by the human race of Aleriot. The ten power stones of the land were not known to exist until the latter part of the 200th Centrum DE. They were found by miners of the north. The kings gathered these precious stones and realized their great power, and wielded them to seek knowledge and fulfill common good. Since then the stones have lived up to their worth. Not too long after their discovery Fangdore and his evil ghouls of an unknown world infiltrated Metrimond, and forced the peaceful people of Aleriot to build castles to defend themselves. Their once peaceful villages and safe country sides have been evaded and all but one city remains--the City of Metriopolis. The only thing that protects it now is the fading power of a single power stone. To save the City of Metriopolis and the world of Metrimond you must collect all of the power stones and return them to its King. You are their final hope.

     To play the game you need to be able to imagine the world of Metrimond, as their will be no actual graphics, the only help you will find is in the reading of our detailed text and descriptions.

    When first starting the game, you will be introduced via a tutorial. The tutorial gives you a little taste of how you can fight, move about, and observe real people or NPC's. But the real experience can be found by playing the whole game.

 Later in the game you will learn how to fight other players online, such fighting is called Dueling, once your residence is established. 

As you continue playing you will realize that this game is not just about NPC quests, but about day by day discovery of a whole new world. You will learn to converse with NPC's and actual players in the form of letters. And with the help of the top 10 players lists, you can compare yourself with other Metrimond game players.
