Minimum number of Texas Yachts to qualify as a circuit regatta is 8. May be two fleets of 4 each (Genoa & Spinnaker)
A maximum of 12 events will be allowed with a maximum of  8 qualifying events counting toward the final standing.
One point will be awarded each competitor for each yacht beaten in an event.
Local representation shall provide Regatta information to class membership (a representative must volunteer)
Out of state competitors will not count in the standings nor toward the minimum number of Yachts for regatta qualification.
Mayors Cup will be the first circuit of the year and awards will be at that event the next calendar year.

 Mayors Cup was in conjunction with Region 8 regatta.
 Arlington Annual regatta was in conjunction with State Genoa championship
