Located in Mackinac City. It went into operation in 1892. It was taken out of service in 1958 because of the Mackinac Bridge lights. Years ago a fence was around it and a fee was charged to enter. The fence has been removed and now a Maritime Museum & part of a public park. Great place to sit, see beautiful sunsets & look at the lights of the Mackinac Bridge.
