Johnny's Testimony

It was during my army-service in 1998 (we have a duty-service in Germany). I did not know what to do afterwards. I did not reallly want to study or make an apprenticeship. So I asked God to tell me what to do since He knows what is the best for me. I just kept patient. Then my mother told me that there were several missionaries going to Africa that did not have a homeschool-teacher for their child/children. That was it!!!! God answered my prayers through my mum. In the end I went to Kenya for 10.5 months with AIMīs Volunteer program. And I can tell that it was/is the best I could do. I had a beautiful time in serving our Lord. He even told me what to do afterwards... I am making an apprenticeship now for being an electrician. And I think that God might send me to Africa again, maybe for longer than 10.5 months. I can recommend to everybody reading this: Just ask for Godīs will in your life. It is the best and He will give you so much joy. If you are not sure, just make a step into one direction, God will answer your step!!!! God bless you, yours, Johnny, |
