All information collected from the award application form. will only be used for the purpose of evaluating your website for an award. No part of the information entered will be passed or distributed to anyone else. After the evaluation is completed, your Site's Name, URL and Description of your site will be listed on the winners page, other information will be deleted. If you choose your site not to be listed on my winner's page, please let me know.

Any information collected from the award listing application will only be used for the purpose of listing your site on my Award Listing Page. Only your sites Title, URL, Discription of your site, and one of the sample graphics will be listed. No part of the information provided will be passed or distributed to anyone else.

Any information sent to me by you via email will not be passed or distributed to anyone else.

No information will be collected from children under the age of 16 years old, (COPPA). If an applicant under the age of 16 applies for my award, I will immediately delete all information.

Any information entered in my guestbook will be displayed in my guestbook view page, which means it will be displayed in public. Therefore, I would suggest that you do not write anything personal.
