A standard listing can only be created by the webmasters
and Zeus. It is when a site is found by Zeus and manually added, before
a reciprocal link is asked for. The basic listing available from a web
master, authors, etc. visiting the site is a Link Partner Listing with
exchanged links.

You will get a confirmation email to verify it was you that
submitted the information on your site. You must click the link in
