Faith And Courage

In recent years, Sinead O'Connor has made more
headlines than albums, but the real test is producing
an LP that would merit just as many column inches -
and she has almost made it. Her first full-length work 
since 1994's Universal Mother, Faith And Courage. is an
occasionally inspired melting pot of rock, pop, reggae, 
soul and ambient. Jealous is a melodic ballad Neneh Cherry
would envy, and The Lamb's Book Of Life has enough of
the old O'Connor anger to register on the Richter
scale. There are no miracles onboard, just good, solid
Sinead.
