John Lennon's Imagine took the top spot by just two votes over Bohemian Rhapsody from Queen (with the late gay Freddie Mercury). Other leaders of interest included sometimes-says-she's-a-lesbian Sinead O'Connor's Nothing Compares 2 U at #11, sometimes-says-he's-gay Robbie Williams' Millennium at #12, glam rock pioneer David Bowie's Space Oddity at #27, gay George Michael's Careless Whisper at #32, No Matter What from Boyzone (with gay singer Stephen Gately) at #47, YMCA from the Village People (who mostly were not gay but played gay on stage) at #63, West End Girls from the Pet Shop Boys (with open gay Neil Tenant) at #70, and Do You Really Want to Hurt Me? from Culture Club (with very gay Boy George) at #83.
