It is a 1991 Crx V-tec

Ee9 1600i 16V Vtec engine
150 Hp/Pk/Ps
Car color: Black Metallic

This is my new Crx, it is a 1991 V-tec black metallic and has  run 130.000 km.
These two pictures  shows how the car looked at the time I bought it.
The car came with OZ F1 racing wheels and an ESP exhaust 4 x 76 mm DTM.  So nothing to complain about this.
Although it was a Beautiful car already I still made some changes to it,
to personalize it further to my own flavor.

The first thing to do was to remove the white backlights of my old Crx, which I bought at this store in belgium:
Before installing them on my V-tec I came to the conclusion that an all black car with all white tail lights wasn't a real beauty.
So I have modified the white tail lights by spray painting the mid section and the outer line of the lighthouses into the car color (black metallic).

The exhaust cames from:
4 x 76 mm DTM
exhaust

For a little more power (not much)
but most important for the looks
and for the deep sound.

Alloy wheels
15 "Inch OZ F1 Racing

with 195/50 R15
Semperit Top Speed 2 tires.

After installing the white tail lights, I also changed the original orange side blinkers for a pair of white one.
Now I only have to find white front blinkers to finish the lightning.
so if anybody knows where to get those, please let me know!!
After that I began modifying the inside of the car.                                         The plastic race steering wheel had to make place for a 300 mm
steering wheel (black leather with red stitches like the seats and door panels).

An alloy ring was mounted  at the center of the steering wheel for the finishing touch.
Ever seen red and orange together?
Doesn't mach at all so after installing steering wheel I decided that the orange needles had to be turned into red as well as the little orange marks on the dashboard it self.
So that  dashboard needles and all the little max. stripes are now red instead of orange.

To finish the dashboard I have painted all the light bulbs of the dashboard with red light bulb paint.
Including all the lights of the heater element, ashtray, cigaret-lighter, fog-light and rear window heater.
Because I was used to drive with short gear shifters, the gear shifter has met my saw, I shortened it approximately 10 cm an installed a red/chrome/black leather gear knob wich is from Victor design.
Alloy Type T race pedals and o complete the interior I have removed the original floor pads and replaced them by alloy floor panels which i bought at:
