Starting in Palmyra, NY, and every town thereafter where the Mormons had settled (until they arrived back at Salt Lake City, UT) they interviewed and investigated in every town with the historians, archeologists, Mormons, non-Mormons ,ex-Mormons, the RLDS and Christians, to either prove or disprove all of Joseph Smith's teachings and Revelation, the Book of Mormon, and even Brigham Youngs's teachings and Revelation! They searched for proof and physical facts that the church was true, but came up empty handed. But what they did uncover shocked and disheartened them! These verifiable and proven facts could not be disputed! </div> <bR> <div> In Palmyra, NY, where the Book of Mormon was printed they turned up quite an expose of facts, such as: Joseph Smith and his father were very well known to be buried "Treasure Hunters and Money Diggers". Joseph used a Seer Stone (today its called a Crystal Ball), to find treasures. Joseph Smith was arrested for this, it was against the law, he was convicted, found guilty in 1826! </div> <bR> <div> Joseph's mother was also very well known for dabbling into the occult, as was Joseph, and they were very superstitious. </div> <bR> <div> Joseph Smith was very well known for his outrageous; fictional story telling, being a liar and frequently getting into fights. </div> <bR> <div> Joseph Smiths home was near "the Grove" where he supposedly went to pray to ask for wisdom. Bud and Ginny discovered discrepancies in the five different versions of the so-called "FIRST VISION". They didn't know which version was the truth, but then neither did anyone else! Wilford Woodruff, Mormon president, prophet and seer, said in <U>1869. that </U>"God sent A flying Angel". Other accounts are;</div> <bR> <div> 1- In Joseph Smiths own handwriting in 1831, he said "I was 16 and God sent A ministering Angel" .</div> <div> 2- Heber Kimble, President, prophet and seer said in 1857 that, "God sent ONLY Peter to J S."</div> <div> 3- Joseph Smith said, "I ONLY saw Jesus".</div> <div> 4- Joseph Smith, later said "I saw <U>two personages. </U>he never said who they were.</div> <div> 5- Apostle Orson Hyde said in 1854, "God sent AN Angel to Joseph Smith".</div> <div> 6- John Taylor, president, prophet and seer said, in 1863, "God sent AN Angel to Joseph Smith."</div> <div> 7- Finally Brigham Young president, prophet and seer said (approx. 10 years after Joseph died that) "Joseph Smith saw God the Father AND Jesus Christ in 1827". </div> <bR> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny read in the Bible in John 1:18 that, "NO MAN HAS SEEN GOD AT ANYTIME!" So they wondered, "How could Joseph Smith have seen God? Either Joseph Smith lied or God lied! The Bible clearly declares that God cannot lie"! So apparently the newest vision <U>created </U>by Brigham Young 10 yrs later was chosen. Why? Because it fit their doctrine. It didn't matter if it was a lie! </div> <bR> <bR> <div> 8- Joseph Smith originally said, "it was the Angel NEPHI who was the messenger for the Book of Mormon". Therefore it was not Moroni! Joseph Smith should know. After all he was the one who supposedly had the "FIRST VISION" For reference see:</div> <bR> <div> A- Times & Seasons- vol. 13 pg. 753 in 1842</div> <div> B- Millennial Star- vol 3 pg. 53 & 71 in 1842</div> <div> C- Joseph Smith, 1851 Pearl of Great Price, pg. 41 </div> <bR> <div> Many years later the Mormon Church Authorities changed their minds and said it was Moroni who was the messenger for the Book of Mormon. (Later, with further research and investigating Bud and Ginny were able to verify the true facts on who <U>really </U>wrote the Book of Mormon;<A HREF="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/plagiarisms.shtml" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/pl"><U> </U></A><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/plagiarisms.shtml" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/pl"><U><U>Plagiarisms in the Book of Mormon</U></U></A></FONT>). Mormons were run out of town because of occultic activity not religious persecution! </div> <bR> <div> Just outside of Palmyra, NY. Bud and Ginny investigated "The Hill Cummorah" story. Where Joseph Smith supposedly found the "Gold Plates" that he translated into the Book of Mormon. They heard many conflicting stories how Joseph moved the heavy gold plates that weigh approx. 90 lbs.</div> <bR> <div> 1- Carried them in a wagon.</div> <div> 2- Carried them under his arm while jumping fences, logs, and running while fighting of men who were trying to get the plates from him. </div> <bR> <div> In all honesty, no man could carry 90 lbs. and do all that!</div> <bR> <div> The Hill Cumorah, as the story goes, is where the Nephites and the Lamanites waged a large-scale war where hundreds of thousands of people were killed in A.D. 385. </div> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny wondered, "if all this really truly happened, why is there NO archeological evidence to support it! No evidence has ever surfaced. No dead mans bones, no swords, no nothing! How can someone possible believe this far fetched story without a shred of evidence. Once again Joseph Smith was exposed for his lying and unbelievable story telling. </div> <bR> <div> The Hill Cumorah is supposedly the burial site of ancient secular and religious records of early American civilizations (the "gold plates"), such as the Nephites and Lamanites, who are supposed to be the American Indians. On the Hill there is a monument to the Angel Moroni (who originally was the Angel Nephi). And a <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/obelisk.shtml" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/ob"><U><U>monument to Joseph Smith.</U></U></A></FONT> While we are on the subject of the two Angels, Nephi and Moroni, Bud & Ginny wondered how could either of these Angels, who used to be men, be resurrected and turned into an Angel? That is impossible! God created us to be either a human or an angel, and we cannot change! For all eternity we will be what God created us to be. </div> <bR> <div> In Kirtland, Ohio they toured the Temple. It is owned by the Reorganized Latter-day Saints, not the Mormons. There was a <U>secret curtain </U>that was drawn around Joseph and his Apostles so that Jesus could secretly appear and supposedly tell them secret ordinances and doctrines. </div> <bR> <div> Joseph Smith asked the state of Ohio for a charter to start a Bank, they said NO. But Smith started one anyway. The Mormons and the town folk put their money in the bank. The bank went bankrupt. According to the records Joseph Smith took all the money out, and closed the bank. Some of his followers tarred and feathered him. He somehow managed to get away, got all the hidden money, and fled to Far West, MO. But long before he fled Kirkland, OH, Joseph started his <U>secret </U>doctrine of Polygamy. First one was a very young girl, thought to be Fanny Alger. He married several more wives before his only legal wife, Emma found out! Joseph would not work, he would move in with his followers and mooch off of them whenever he could. Joseph Smith and his close associates were forced out of town because of illegal activities, and being a con artist, he owed many people money, plus immorality. Not religious persecution! </div> <bR> <div> While in Far West MO some of the Mormon men left town and got into trouble. The Missouri militia caught them and arrested them. Joseph Smith heard about it so he ordered his Danites (his army) to go and kill the militia and set his men free. This is called the "Crooked River" attack. The Danites attacked the Militia killing all but one. The Mormon Danites thought that one was dead because half his face and teeth had been cut off by their sword. But he lived and managed to get back to headquarters and report the attack. </div> <bR> <div> Sydney Rigdon a Mormon apostle, heard the Militia was coming, and gave his infamous "Salt Sermon", which he said "We will fight to the death, its going to be either them or us"! So the MO. Governor Boggs heard this and ordered a defense made up of Missourian Militia, and they started for Far West to arrest the Mormon men, but one group went through a settlement called Hanns Mill, and killed most of the Mormons in the small settlement. Mormons are quick to tell of this, but they never mention the attack at Crooked River or the Salt Sermon! The MO. Militia arrested Joseph Smith and some of the Danites, took them to the Liberty Jail in Liberty, MO. They were all charged with TREASON against the state of MO. and put in jail. Joseph Smith escaped and fled to Quincy ILL. In Quincy Joseph Smith & the Mormons were back to their same old game of stealing horses, cattle and material possessions. Therefore they were run out of town because of <I>this </I>illegal activity NOT because of religious persecution! So they all moved to Nauvoo, Ill. Joseph was arrested in a town named Dixon just north of Nauvoo) by a Marshal from MO. Hyrum Smith with 250 men went to Dixon to rescue Joseph and then the Mormons insisted they go to Nauvoo for the trial and Joseph was acquitted in <I>this </I>Mormon Kangaroo court. </div> <div> While still in MO. Bud and Ginny went to Adam Ondi Ahmen. Here the Mormons told them, "this is the altar where Adam and Eve worshiped, this is the Garden of Eden; in MO!!" Then other Mormons said the altar was a Nephite altar. While interviewing Mormons Bud and Ginny were told that the Mormons actually brought in the stones for that altar, because there were NO stones there, so they could turn it into a park! </div> <bR> <div> No stones There?!! So how do they know it was Adams or the Nephites altar if <U>nothing was ever there?</U> Duh! </div> <div> Just another deception exposed! Re-creating another false history! </div> <bR> <div> Meanwhile in Independence, MO. another group of Mormons publicized that, "they were going to control the government and possess all the lands"! Just as they had announced in all the other towns! So as usual the Mormons were run out of town, again, and NOT for religious persecution! It was in Independence, MO. that Joseph prophesied that they would build a temple, in that generation, of 1831 on "Temple Lot". There is no temple, the lot is owned by the Church of Christ Temple Lot and they have a small church on it. They are not Mormons! Another one of Joseph Smiths many <U>false</U> prophesies! </div> <bR> <div> When Bud and Ginny arrived in Nauvoo, Ill. they went to the LD.S. visitors center to take the tour and interview all the Mormons. They were shown a model of the Nauvoo temple and were horrified to see all of the Pagan and Occult symbols on it. Several of these symbols are also on other Mormon temples. (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/occult_symbols.shtml" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/oc"><U><U>Occult Symbols on LD.S Temples</U></U></A></FONT>). In Nauvoo they interviewed Mormons, non-Mormons, Christians and secular people and went to the so-called historic sites, the same as they did in <U>all</U> the other towns. What they uncovered in Nauvoo was appalling, shocking and almost unbelievable! Joseph Smith usually wore a Generals uniform and was frequently getting into fist fights with men, some Mormons, some not. And no wonder, they learned that by now Joseph had married 49 wives, some in secret because they were still married to other men, or very young daughters of these men. Sidney Rigdons church was here, and as he became closer to Joseph Smith he taught Joseph a lot of heresy. Although Joseph lied and said he receive these "new doctrines by Revelation from God". As he began to enforce these new teachings onto the members of his church, many left the church because of these heresies. These doctrines were not in the Book of Mormon or for that matter not in the Bible! These heretical teachings are:</div> <bR> <div> 1- God the Father is a man of flesh and bones. That he was once just a man who progressed to become God.</div> <div> 2- That God was married to the virgin Mary, they had sexual relations and she then conceived Jesus. But since God was God, Mary could still remain a virgin.</div> <div> 3- God lives on the planet "Kolob", with his many polygamous wives, begetting spirit babies.</div> <div> 4- All worthy Mormon men can become God.</div> <div> 5- Jesus was a polygamist married to Mary, Martha and others and had children.</div> <div> 6- Satan and Jesus are brothers.</div> <div> 7- No one will enter Heaven without Joseph Smiths consent.</div> <div> 8- Baptism for the dead.</div> <div> 9- Temple marriage are for all eternity, and they must wear temple garments.</div> <div> 10- There are three Kingdoms in Heaven.</div> <div> 11- Polygamy Commanded!</div> <div> 12- That there is a Mother God.</div> <div> 13- That the Archangel Michael came to earth with one of his many wives, and was Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.</div> <div> 14- That Mormon wives can only be resurrected by their husbands, and need their husbands consent to enter Heaven.</div> <div> 15- That Noah was the Angel Gabriel.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> Not far from Nauvoo is the large "Hanging tree". This is where the Danites (Mormon army) would hang anyone objecting to their stealing their horses, cattle, wives, homes or land. Its in the town of Tioga, Ill. aprox. 30 miles from Nauvoo. </div> <bR> <div> At the April 1844 conference of the Church, Joseph Smith delivered his discourse, "The King Follett Discourse". This blasphemous speech led, in part to his most blatant heresies. Following are excerpts from that speech: (to be found in "Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith," by Joseph F. Smith, from pages 342-372 in 1970). "I have the truth of God and ninety-nine out of 100 professing religious Ministers are false teachers...and was to kill them because they are false teachers, it would deluge the whole world with blood... God himself was once as we are now, and is an exalted man...I am going,to tell you how God came to be God. We have imagined and supposed that God was God from all eternity. I will refute that idea and take away the veil, so that you may see the first principle of the Gospel to know for a certainty the Character of God,...and that he was once a man like us; ... Here, then, is eternal life-to know the only wise and true God; and you have got to learn how to be Gods yourselves,...the same as all Gods have done before you...Learned men can teach you no more than what I have told you. Thus the head God brought forth the Gods in the grand council... and sat in grand council to bring forth THE WORLD (emphasis Mine). ...why do the learned men who are preaching salvation, say that God created the heavens and the earth out of nothing?..they are unlearned...tell them God made the world out of <U>something</U> (matter), they will call you a fool. But I am learned, and know more than all the world put together!...I have another subject to dwell upon, which is calculated to exalt man;...All learned men of divinity say that God created it (man) in the beginning; but that is not so; the very idea lessens man in my estimation. I do not believe that doctrine; I know better. (see D&C 93:29-30, 'Man was in the beginning <U>with</U> God. Intelligence's were NOT created or made, neither indeed can be') The mind or the' intelligence's' which man possesses is co-equal with God himself...I might with boldness proclaim from the house-tops that God never had the power to create the spirit of man at all... the greatest responsibility in this world that God has laid upon us is to seek after our dead! (Baptism for the dead person). They without us cannot be made perfect. ...God made Aaron to be the mouthpiece for the children of Israel, and He will make me god to you in His stead, ...and if you don't like it, you must lump it!...I will preach on the plurality of Gods...God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost constitute three distinct personages and three Gods...I have it from God, so get over it if you can. ...Many men say there is one God; the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are only one God. I say that is a strange God anyhow- three in one, and one in three...All are to be crammed into one God, according to sectarianism. It would make the biggest God in all the world. He would be a wonderfully big God-he would be a giant or a <U>monster</U>." (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/prophets_spoken.shtml" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.freedomintruthoutreach.com/pr"><U><U>The Prophets Have Spoken</U></U></A></FONT>).</div> <bR> <div>      How much longer will God let this blasphemous heretic live? </div> <bR> <div> When, in 1838, Oliver Cowdery had accused Joseph Smith of all the adulterous affairs, Joseph had Oliver excommunicated. Oliver was referring to Joseph's 49 polygamous wives. Remembering that Oliver was one of the three witnesses to the B of M, it makes this even more serious. This controversy over polygamy was the underlying reason for the death of Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrum. Several of these marriages were performed in the Masonic Hall in Nauvoo, which Joseph and Hyrum were high ranking members. William Laws wife confessed that she had had an affair with Joseph. William Law then left the Church and started a newspaper called "Nauvoo Expositor". One issue was published and the second one was going to print when Joseph learned that Law was going to print his wife's confession in that issue. So Joseph had the press destroyed and the building burned down! That is what caused his arrest and consequently his death, but he DID NOT DIE "A MARTYR", as claimed by the Church. Or "as a lamb to the slaughter" as is claimed by the L.D.S. Church. He died in a blazing gunfight and he killed two people before he was shot. Joseph responded as a mason, according to John Taylor. John Taylor was also in jail with them, he became the third president of the Church. John tells also that Joseph went to the window and made the Masonic distress sign <U>after</U> his gun was empty, hoping they would rescue him according to the Masonic Oath. The Masons would not help him though because Joseph had divulged and incorporated the secret Masonic lodge rituals, signs, tokens, penalties and hand-clasps into the Mormon temple ceremonies! </div> <bR> <div> Now that Joseph was dead, Brigham Young, Sidney Rigdon and one of Joseph's brothers fought to take control of the Church. Brigham had more power and won out. He confronted Joseph's only legal wife Emma to turn over to him all the church's records, literature, documents and "Joseph Smiths Inspired Translation of the Bible", that Joseph wrote and that Joseph himself said he completed the translation in 1843. Emma refused! Joseph's son had been anointed by his father to take over leadership of the church upon his death, not Brigham Young. Here is where the Reorganized Latter-day Saint Church came into being, with Joseph's son as the president. Here again the Mormons were run out of town because of immorality, occultic activity, and breaking the law. NOT religious persecution! </div> <bR> <div> Never the less, Bringham Young convinced some, and FORCED others, to migrate west with him. Some of them escaped, along the way, trying to get back to Emma in Nauvoo. Now since Brigham also had the Mormon army, The Danites, he sent them to capture those who had escaped. Brigham ordered the Danites to kill the Mormons if they would not return to him. He did this to set an example. The Danites killed many, some returned, some never got caught. So as the journey to S.L.C. went, when they didn't get caught, they started other sects along the way. </div> <bR> <div> Brigham took several of Joseph's polygamous wives with him and married all of them. He also took Joseph Smith's body guard and hit-man, Porter Rockwell along, as his own hench-man, knowing that Porter had murdered many people, he would be valuable to Brigham! </div> <bR> <div> The trek to Salt Lake City, Ut. was extremely hard on the Mormons who had very little money or possessions left. Because every time they were run out of town they had to leave behind a lot of their possessions. And what little money they did have, 10% had to be given to "the Church" (plus all the offerings). Neither Joseph Smith or Brigham Young suffered any hard-ships, they got all the money they wanted from the starving, destitute, and deceived Mormons. The followers would steal just to eat and put a roof over their heads! While Joseph Smith & Brigham Young lived like kings. </div> <bR> <div> Once they arrived in S.LC., Ut. The teachings of the L D S Church became even more bazaar under their new Prophet Brigham Young. Now, instead of doing things in secret they now openly practiced polygamy and blood atonement. "Blood Atonement" refers to the shedding of a <U>mans own blood</U> to permit him to atone for his own sins, or the number of different sins NOT COVERED BY THE ATONEMENT OF Christ's blood, thus believing that Christ's blood is insufficient! Brigham Young's new doctrines became even more irrational, such as: "Adam is our Heavenly Father, he created us." ( Journal of Discourses, 1:50-51; 4:1; 5:331-32 etc). "Adam was not made of the dust of this earth" (J of D, 2:6). "Adam is the Father of Jesus Christ" (J of D, 1:50-51 )." Adam is the only God with whom we have to do" (J of D, l:50). </div> <bR> <div> There was a wagon train passing through S.LC. Ut., heading south. The Mormon leaders realizing the wealth of this wagon train, told the other Mormon leaders in St. George, Ut. to encourage to Indians to attack the train and bring them the loot, the spoils. So the Indians did attack the train, but the train was able to defend itself, sending the Indians scurrying away. So the Mormon Leaders went to the wagon train and warned them of another attack, and told them if they would, "Give us your guns, rifles and ammunition and we will help you all to safety, away from these bad Indians"! So the wagon train did give all their weapons to the Mormons. Then the Mormons, dressed as Indians, and a few Indians, attacked the wagon train and killed them all except for children under age five, who couldn't identify them. These children were taken to S.L.C. Years later the U.S. Governments investigating found out the true story. So the Mormon leaders had to have a scape-goat to put the blame on, so they gave the u.S. Government John D. Lee. He was executed-shot-so as to spill his own blood to atone for his own sins. "BLOOD ATONEMENT" in action! </div> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny remembered that in the Bible God says, "Sinful man with a sin nature can never ever atone for sin with tainted blood! Only the sinless, pure, holy and perfect blood of Jesus can provide a sacrifice for our sins. Christ's blood is the only acceptable blood!" This slaughter is called, "The Mountain Meadows Massacre". </div> <div> By now Bud and Ginny have been on the road investigating Mormonism for three months. In all honesty and integrity and to have a clear conscious they agreed they could no longer be part of Mormonism! No longer believing in the fictional plagiarized, Book of Mormon, occultic pagan temple rituals, occult practices, and last, but certainly not least, all the false prophets and leaders. "We still love Mormons, they are part of our family, and are wonderful (but deceived) people" said Bud and Ginny. </div> <bR> <div> The Mormonism of today is a farce, compared to the original Mormons, even though they did believe in a fictional book and a false prophet,they knew a few biblical doctrines. </div> <bR> <div> Today's L.D.S. Prophet, seerer and president Gordon B. Hinckley made a public statement June 4, 1998, acknowledging that he and the LDS Church do not believe in the same Jesus Christ as traditional Christianity (as in the Bible). He said, "The traditional Christ of whom they (Christians) speak is NOT the Christ of whom I speak". In the LDS Church's 147th General Conference, General Authority Bernard P. Brockbank stated that, "the Christ followed by the Mormons is not the Christ followed by traditional Christianity (and the Bible). It is true that many of the Christian Churches worship a different Jesus Christ than is worshiped by the Mormons" (The Ensign, May, 1977 pg.26). A truer truth has never been spoken. If we were to create a chart showing everything about the Biblical Christ, the one Christians worship, and the Mormons Christ it would prove beyond all doubt that the Mormon Jesus Christ is a false Christ, not the real true Christ, he is a counterfeit and totally wortless. The Mormon Jesus is only a fictional character a nothingness! God has given us a simple way, one way, a narrow way .Let no church or prophet confuse you about that. Jesus said," I am the way, the truth and the life" (John 14:6). God never said, the Church is the way or some so-called prophet! Even the demons know that there is only <U>one God</U> (James 2:19). Why is it that the Mormons don't know that? Because of mind control and a closed mind! </div> <div> Mormonism in fact is not a religion, in actuality it is only a philosophy: an endless debate with <U>no</U> ultimate court of appeal! </div> <bR> <div> Christians and Mormons are <U>not</U> "brothers in the Lord" they have different gods. </div> <bR> <div> Christians can not relegate their faith to a 'separate but equal" coexistence with Mormons. </div> <bR> <div> Christianities God will have no other gods before Him! </div> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny have presented some of the facts that caused them to leave the Mormon Church. With much studying and praying, they came to accept the Bible as the "Infallible Word of God", and the <U>true</U> Jesus of the Bible as their Lord and Savior. They praise God daily for forgiving their sins and adopting them into His family, therefore only now <U>became</U> his children, and not before! They learned that God Himself is the founder of Christianity. All other religions "founders" (like Joseph Smith) were mere men, not God Himself. They learned that <U>no other</U> "written religious authority" (the Bible) in history has provided such purity of text, such historical/archaeological confirmations, and such extensive prophecy fulfilled anywhere near 100% accuracy! They realized that, "God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that <U>whosoever</U> believes in Him (Jesus) will not perish, but have everlasting (eternal) life" (John 3:16). God the Father gave up His Son for us. His gift of eternal life is free to us, but it cost Him crucifixion. God loves every person with an unconditional, divine love! </div> <div> The Bible says sin and death entered the world through Adam, in the garden of Eden. Therefore, <U>all</U> humanity is guilty of sin! The penalty of sin is spiritual death (Rom. 6:23), but Jesus willingly died on the cross, in our place, to pardon us. If we were to ask God to prove His love for us, He would point to the CROSS! The cross was the supreme demonstration of Gods love for us. No other religions "founder" loved people so perfectly, nor sacrificed so greatly to prove it. Bud and Ginny learned that other religions, like the L.D.S. Church, require human works for redemption. And that's bad news! They learned the "Good News" of Christianity is that God has provided us with the way to Himself. That the resurrection (returning to life) of Jesus Christ is the Central pillar of Christianity, and the evidence for its historicity is conclusive! By His resurrection Jesus conquered sin and death, thereby offering new life, eternal life, to us! </div> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny learned that the real Jesus Christ claimed to be the ONLY WAY to eternal salvation (life in Heaven). And that our eternal destiny depends on our personal decision, whether to trust in the only <U>One</U> who can settle our "sin issue" so we can commune with God. They learned, that logically, since there is a God, we must come to Him by His own prescribed way! And that way, according to the God of the Bible, is faith in the real, true, biblical Jesus Christ. Not the phony Jesus of Mormonism! Mormonism is based on various systems of works, whereas Christianity is based on Jesus and what He has already done for us! </div> <bR> <div> The "gospel" of Mormonism exists of "embracing and <U>obeying</U> all the laws, principles, doctrines, rites, ordinances, acts, powers, authorities and keys, of the L.D.S. Church, that are necessary to save and EXALT men". WOE, that's bad news! </div> <bR> <div> Gods Gospel of Grace is: Whoever believes in the true biblical Jesus Christ-who lived died, and then three days later resurrected (returning to life )-will have eternal life in Heaven! </div> <bR> <div> Bud & Ginny learned that Christianity is founded on a Person, Jesus Christ, not on a teaching system as with Mormonisim! <U>Christianity is a relationship.</U> </div> <bR> <div> Bud and Ginny want you to know that God longs to have a personal relationship with you through His Son Jesus Christ. "Behold, I (Jesus) stand at the door (of your heart) and knock.
