Basic Treaty of Favored Nation Status between Principality of Corumburg and Kingdom of Pendronia

TREATY BETWEEN Principality of Corumburg AND KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA
The Treating Parties:

Principality of Corumburg
KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA
Article 1.
By this Treaty, the High Contracting Parties establish among themselves diplomatic relations.

Article 2.
1. Principality of Corumburg hereby recognizes The Kingdom of Pendronia as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.

2. The Kingdom of Pendronia hereby recognizes Principality of Corumburg as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.

Article 3.
1. Principality of Corumburg shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain diplomatic relations between itself and the Kingdom of Pendronia.
2. Kingdom of Pendronia shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain diplomatic relations between itself and Principality of Corumburg.
3. Principality of Corumburg hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade the Kingdom of Pendronia, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.
4. Kingdom of Pendronia hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade Principality of Corumburg, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.


Article 4.
1. In the Kingdom of Pendronia, the websites or any other virtual property which shall together constitute the Embassy of Principality of Corumburg shall be deemed for the purposes of this Article to be part of the territory of Principality of Corumburg and as such shall be treated as being under the sole jurisdiction of Principality of Corumburg.



Article 5.
The Treating Parties agree to recognise all titles of nobility and ranks and offices of each other, if conferred lawfully by the rightful authorities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the above named Plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and have affixed thereto their seals.
FOR Principality of Corumburg : FOR KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA

Article 6. That the Treating Parties shall respect each other's diplomatic position in respect of any and all other micro-nations.

Article 7. That the Treating Parties shall respect each other's military and political endeavours in so far as they does not infringe upon their own.
