You're probably wondering why this webpage has the address commndo_hamster, but is not in any way about hamsters. Well, let me introduce Eccles.
Eccles is a, or probably, THE commando hamster. He is in no way to be associated with those silly dancing hamsters that everyone went on about. He is well 'ard.
Actaully, he's not, he's cute and fluffy. But he does bite. Hard. And he doesn't dance. (except when he's pissed).

Eccles lives in a cage in my bedroom. He has no family. This is because if you leave two hamsters in a cage together once they're grown-up hamsters, then they'll either mate or eat each other. Neither of these options appealed to me (although Eccles seemd quite keen on both), so he leads very much a bachelor lifestyle.
