Saturday, April 9, 2005: Dr. Jim Ingold, ornithologist at LSU-Shreveport, led the bird-banding efforts. Other participants included Tom Walker of Jefferson; Dorothy Metzler of Longview; Joann Hodges, John and Renee McCullough, and Tony Novak of Uncertain; Patti and Jay Webb of Uncertain; Carol Clarke of Houston; Emily Scott of Poetry; Jessica Lewis, Dana Huse, and Breanna and Grace Torp-Pederson of Terrell.
Location: The banding activities took place just west of Caddo Lake in Marion County on Boots Walker Road (near Jefferson, Texas).
Weather Conditions:
The morning low temperature was 52º F and the afternoon high was 80º F with gusty winds and clear skies.Number of Nets: Thirteen (13)
Time:
Nets were set up between 8:45 and 10:10 a.m. and were closed by 6:30 p.m.

The morning low temperature was 50º F and the afternoon high was 82º F with clear, sunny skies.Number of Nets: Thirteen (13)
Time:
Nets were set up between 9:20 and 10:36 a.m. and were closed by 5:30 p.m.
