The COLUMBIA COMPOSITE SQUADRON OF THE CIVIL AIR PATROL is a Leadership building organization through the guidance of Senior and Cadet Officers…Reaching to take hold of the future leaders of America… In the strengthening of our TEAMWORK we will take part in our community and other program activities. It is our set policy to have ORGANIZED meetings , and entrust that everyone will have the chance to be involved in all parts of this Squadron. We will EMPHASIZE the importance of Leadership and Follower-ship through Drill, Classes, and One-on-One Training/Counseling. We will be, as a squadron, RENOVATING the old structures and Building the new to provide the best opportunities possible for Leaders and followers alike.
