Difficulty:

Skills Used: Worship, General
Commands: use amulet, empower, bury
Spells: cure serious wounds, cure light wounds, holy power, hand of god, shield, guidance, enlightenment, lightning
Advancement: As soon as you get cure light and hp and/or shield, stand in ck and heal people. Then start to group and kill stuff with a leaguer or a mage. Eventually, take over your own killing when you got heavy duty lightning damage.
Location: Heliopolis
Alignment: Neutral
Recommended Races: Gnome, Half-Elf, Human, Elf

The Temple of Damara is a pretty easy guild, perfect for those who enjoy helping out others. Most people do not stay Damara though, and journey on the worship either Cymoc or Kalak. The most important stat is worship, and should at least be over 20. Keep in mind though that once you get holy power, all your stats will be upped my 1, and that the command "use amulet" ups your worship 1 point for every 100 levels of bonus on wor.it.amulets. If you plan to fight at all, strength is nice for the holy mace is a pretty nifty weapon (damaran only weapon). Intelligence is nice for fast gp regen, as you will rely more on your lightning than anything else when fighting. Con should be reasonable, while dexterity really should not matter to a damaran, unless you plan on wielding stormsingers and other heavy items better. Gnomes and Half-elves are the best races here.

Spells: blind, silence, mindfire, darkflame, stonegrab, wander, cure light wounds, holy power
Advancement: Kill stuff. Kalkians are definite loners.
Location: Leviatha (rumoured temple in heliopolis)
Alignment: Evil
Recommended Races: Gnome, Half-Elf, Human, Elf

Kalkians, or Destroyers, are combat priests. They get more and generally stronger combat spells than the Damarans, and virtually no heal spells (aside from cure light and hp). Therefore strength is more important than with Damara, and wisdom less so. Dex is not important, but still should be a reasonable level. Human's are a good choice here, as the combat stats are relied on more.

Spells: cure serious wounds, cure all wounds, holy power, hand of god, shield, lightning, ressurect, extra lives
Advancement: Group, pure and simple
Location: Leviatha (rumoured temple in heliopolis)
Alignment: Good
Recommended Races: Gnome, Half-Elf, Human, Elf

Cymocians, or Healers, were made for grouping. They get to keep the Damaran lightning, but it is much weaker and less effective. They are, as the name suggests, made for healing. With an excellent range of spells at their fingertips, they are a definite asset to any group. Wisdom is a bit more important than with the Damarans (should be 21+) as well as intelligence for good gp regen (you use a lot of gps healing). The combat stats do not really come into play until high levels, but are still a tad important if you plan to stop grouping at any point (but then again if you don't like to group, you shouldn't go Cymoc). Go for gnomes or half-elves when choosing a race.
