CD Liner Notes: Kevin Who? was initially released in 1991 on a small independent record label named Caprice International Records. I wasn't very pleased with the final result so a mere 9 years later I went back into the studio and re-recorded the eight original tracks as well as adding two additional tracks. I am happy with the way it turned out.
