Afrocide is a word I made up when every other name (including my own name) for my website was already taken. I define afrocide
as the genocide of people of African descent.
The people who accuse me of using inflammatory language are in denial and/or devalue black lives: The following pages
will show how the American Government conspires to traffic illegal, imported drugs into its black communities. Let's be realistic:
If the rapper stereotype of a drug dealer is a black teenaged boy selling crack on a street corner, and crack cocaine is grown
and manufactured in South America and heroin from Asian countries like Afghanistan, then are poor black boys who barely speak
the Queen's English running a multinational drug cartel, speaking Spanish and Asian languages, and importing tons of cocaine
and heroin via ships, planes, and mac trucks? Even the rappers don't have this kind of money!
As if use of illegal drugs to commit biological warfare isn't enough, the American Government, along with other world
governments, then conspired to commit germ warfare using AIDS and other biomedically engineered diseases. Again, let's be
realistic: If the stereotype of black men is that they are so irresponsible and promiscuous that they'd have sex with a green
monkey, then why are 40 million dropping dead now and not a century ago? And why is the epidemic hitting hardest in southern
Africa, where there are gold and diamonds, and where whites were most violently reluctant to give independence? Are the blacks
in southern Africa more promiscuous than those in the north? Or are they being particularly punished/oppressed?
Who cares? Why should anyone care about black boys in America selling poison to their own people and whites? Who cares
about South African men having sex with women other than their wives, becoming HIV positive, then having sex with virgins
(read--babies) because of misinformation that sex with a virgin will miraculously cure the deadly disease? They got what
they deserved: Prison or death. Let's continue to blame the victims for contributing to their own destruction. Let's continue
to ignore the problem.
Yet ignorance is not bliss. It is dangerous and short-sighted. But before I explain the consequences of such short-sightedness,
today is July 22, 2007. Let's go back in time 143 years? Imagine what would have happened to white supremacy if blacks were
really freed from slavery and colonization?
Surely you jest, Anita. 2007 minus 143 is 1864. Abraham Lincoln was president. America was in a civil war. But in
1865, the 13th Amendment was added to the U.S. Constitution. This amendment gave blacks freedom from slavery, so blacks have
been free 142 years. Right?
WRONG! That is a legal myth. The people keeping that secret myth might have taken Lincoln's life and are still sucking
life out of the rest of us, if only via income taxes. Read on.
Discovering and uncovering the legal myths led to career suicide because it cost
me my license to practice law in Florida. So much for America's courts being set up to seek the truth! They prefer to cover
up lies. This cover-up goes all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. However, I learned how the issue of slavery was never
resolved 142 years ago by looking at one of its modern-day manifestation, the illegal drug trade.
Although cocaine grows in the mountains of South America, tons of it ends up in virtually every black community for distribution
to the masses throughout the United States. How did that happen?
Barry Seal should know how blacks got "drugged". Seal was one of America's biggest drug traffickers. He flew in tons
of cocaine. He even became an informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Most importantly, when
Seal was killed in 1986, he had the private phone of Vice President George H.W. Bush.
Why would a drug trafficker have an inside line to a vice president? A vice president who was a CIA director.
A vice president who became president. A former president who is now father of a president.
Albert Vincent Carone claimed to be a CIA agent. He also claimed to be a member of George H.W. Bush's secret Enterprise
"gang". Carone claims that he was the middleman between the CIA and the mob. Carone admitted that the CIA wanted
the mob to sell drugs in predominantly black neighborhoods in order to inflict pharmaceutical slavery.
Thinking like a lawyer sometimes means playing the devil's advocate. Imagine if the CIA was sued for violating blacks' civil
and human rights by inflicting pharmaceutical slavery. (I represented plaintiffs in seven states who sued the CIA exactly
for this reason. The cases were consolidated as the Nicaraguan Contras' Narcotics Trafficking Litigation, hence the other
name for this website.) What might be the CIA's defense? Imagine if it really is legal for them to commit slavery because
the 13th Amendment is invalid. That's a very strange defense, but truth is stranger than fiction.

'Pharmaceutical Slavery' and the 13th Amendment.
Let's continue playing the devil's advocate and defend the CIA. How is pharmaceutical
slavery, or any type of slavery, still legal in the United States?. After all, the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
outlawed slavery. How is the 13th Amendment invalid?
Article V of the U.S. Constitution requires 2/3 of both Houses of Congress to pass a proposed amendment to the Constitution.
On April 8, 1864, the Senate passed S.R. 16, the joint resolution that was to become the 13th Amendment. The House of
Representatives did not pass the proposal in 1864, thus my case that freedom has been just beyond the reach of a congressional
threshold since 1864.
On January 31, 1865, S.R. 16 went back to the House for a vote. In Volume 34, page 531 of the Congressional Globe,
38th Congress, Second Session, the vote for the proposed 13th Amendment was:
119 approved ending slavery;
56 opposed; and
8 did not vote.
Of the 8 not voting, page 530 of the Congressional Globe notes that two of the 8 Congressmen were absent. So where were
6 of the 8 not voting congressmen if they weren't absent. Does that mean they were present? In the bathroom (or outhouse,
given the historical time period)? Or simply sitting in their chairs, present, but abstaining from voting.
U.S. Supreme Court precedents mandate that the 2/3 is based upon the number of congressmen present including abstainers.
If 181 of the 183 members were present that day, then 2/3 of 181 is 121. With only 119 approving the proposed amendment,
the 13th Amendment is two votes short of ending slavery.
It's easy enough to correct this error. There was no time limit or statute of limitations associated with the proposed
13th Amendment. That means the House of Representatives simply needs to vote again. The States simply need to ratify again.
Yet such a simple solution has enormous consequences that hardens the hearts of members of all three branches of the American
Government.
Consequence #1: Knowing the truth would lead to freedom, but correcting the damage of the lie would lead to reparations.
Consequence #2: The U.S. Constitution never specified who were the slaves. Traditionally, it was people of African descent,
but what if the invalidity of the 13th Amendment is interpreted that anyone, regardless of race, can now be a slave. How?
Because the original U.S. Constitution prohibited the government from taxing income. If you are in the 25% tax bracket,
that means 1/4 of your pay for an 8 hour work day is going to the Government. That means, essentially, that you are working
for free. Isn't working for free the same as slavery? But what if the 13th Amendment is not the only legal myth? What if
the 14th, 15th, and 16th Amendments are also invalid?
Ironically, never really repairing the damage to blacks caused by the slave trade has led to injustice against all Americans.
Let's go one step further: The invalid 16th Amendment, which made allegedly made it constitutional to collect income taxes,
was passed around the same time as the Federal Reserve Act. However, no constitutional amendment was proposed or ratified
that made the Federal Reserve Act, an act of Congress, legal. I argue that the Federal Reserve Act needed a constitutional
amendment because the act turned over America's monetary system to the Federal Reserve, a group of private bankers. The Federal
Reserve is no more a part of the federal government than Federal Express. Nevertheless, the U.S. Constitution mandated that
Congress, not the Federal Reserve, supervise America's monetary system.
The Federal Reserve "loans" money to the American Government which is repaid by federal income taxes. I put "loans" in parentheses
because the Federal Reserve uses fiat currency, meaning money created out of nothing because it's not backed by gold. It's
backed by debt. If America goes bankrupt, as it did in 1933, then the country is now owned by private bankers. Imagine if
the federal income tax is constitutional just like pharmaceutical slavery is legal, because the 13th Amendment is invalid.
But now, who owns America and Americans? Not the federal government! We've been assigned to private bankers! Let's extend
the scenario one step further: Suppose most, if not all, of the world's governments could be indebted to the World Bank and
International Monetary Fund, the same private bankers who own America. Do they now enslave the earth, through debt, like
the 666 Beast in the Scripture's Mystical Babylon? Wouldn't it be even more ironic if the slave masters in 2007 are the descendants
of the slave masters in 1864?
Before proposing new solutions, let's examine what has already been tried and why these approaches failed. The root problem
is slavery. The constitutional issue was brought before the courts, but America's judicial system is corrupt. Why did the
court ignore the problem? Because the judges have a secret! (Well, at least one secret. Probably several.)

If slavery wasn't effectively outlawed by the federal constitution, then blacks
must look to their state constitution and statutes to see if they are free in the United States. Ironically, some states
never outlawed slavery. Florida is one of them.
Pictured above is the Florida Supreme Court and the only graffiti I found in the parking structure for the prestigious
courthouse and state archives building. The word "$LAVE$" appeared twice in the stairwell of the parking garage.
After seven car accidents on or around my court deadlines, I learned to travel with a camera. (Sometimes the police
"lose" accident reports, so photographs are some of the only evidence that these accidents actually happened.)
If I am under surveillance, someone knew I was driving from Detroit, Michigan to Tallahassee, Florida. Someone
knew where I would have to park the rental car. It would be logical for me to park near the buildings I would be visited.
Someone knew I alleged that blacks in Florida are still slaves. And someone spray painted stenciled graffiti on
the walls of the parking structure to leave me a message. Whoever left the message may have intended to intimidate
me. Instead, he or she validated and confirmed my legal theory.
Notice how the word "$LAVE$" begins and ends in dollar signs. Someone in Florida
is still making money off of black people. I wonder if one of these slavemasters is named Jeb Bush, the Governor
of Florida at that time.
Other states have not outlawed slavery in their constitutions. To obtain a list of these states, please contact below.
Black life is undervalued, including by black people. Let's take ourselves seriously, if not for our sake, then for God's
sake. If reparations can bring attention to the cause of black genocide, then we must not ignore or delay in calling for
a halt to this alarming situation. Join BIO as we bring black causes from the back burner to the front! If you don't qualify
to be a member, then make a donation as a friend. We, as a people, can't wait any longer! We must take action before it's
too late!
