Khoura-Suine Warrior Listing

Below, the standing army of Khoura-Suine is listed for easy reference along with indvidual and total points costs. Due to the trials it has gone through, the guardians of the Craftworld are quite few, but the people of Khoura-Suine are rapidly rebuilding and their forces shall grow immensely over the coming months.

HQ Units

Farseer Amon Suine

History: A popular myth among the Craftworld members is that the spirit of their courageous leader will always live on throughout the ages, guiding the Craftworld and eventaully helping it discover the truths that lay beneath all creation. In times of great need, it is also prophesied that Khoura-Suine will manifest himself and lead his people to victory. Amazingly enough, the prophecy has appeared to come true. Orginally Niall, this young eldar bore a remarking resemblance to their venerable ancestor. As he donned his Path and began to travel down the road of destiny, he became feared for his almost legendary prowess as both a noble, courageous warrior and a wise, intelligent man. It was without a doubt that Khoura-Suine lived on through this young vessel, imparting not only his skills but his morals, beliefs, and compassion. Amon-Suine ( Quite literally, the "Light of the Sun" ) as he became known, is a valiant leader, who drives into the heart of battle with his warriors at his side. On the outside, while appearing to be cold and distant, he is a compassionate man who cares little for himself but instead strives to protect those under him no matter the cost. It remains to be seen what the true purpose of Khoura-Suine's return upon this plane of existance is, but for now, this Eldar's mere presence upon the battlefield has heralded glorious victories for his Craftworld and stunning defeats for his foes.

Elite Units

The Blades Of Khoura-Suine, Howling Banshees led by Exarch Dannagh
History: The Blades of Khoura-Suine are without a doubt the best of the best among their kind. Their bodies and blades serve as the vessels of hatred and rage which seethes under the mask of control which the Eldar of Khoura-Suine wear, and they are always more than ready to wreak havoc upon the enemy. While the current state of the Craftworld has prevented them from seeing battle as of yet, the day will come soon where the Blades of Khoura-Suine shall be unleashed upon the battlefield and the anger of the Khoura-Suine shall be sated upon the blood of its enemies. Their Exarch, Dannagh, is an experienced veteran of war against the hordes of Chaos, and her hatred burns particularly bright for those who follow the Chaos Gods.

The Celestial Hunters -- Warp Spiders led by Exarch Riordan
History: One of the more mysterious of the Aspect Warrior squadrons, the Celestian Hunters are a hunter-killer group, primarly responsible for sneaking behind enemy lines and destroying/incapacitating heavy weapon emplacements/units. Very little is known about this group, however, as the members of this squad rarely interact with anyone else. Following only the commands of Farseer Amon Suine, they seem to have a certain knack for being in the right place at the right time. This is no doubt in thanks to their leader, an Eldar by the name of Riordan, who is a stern, unemotional man, devoted to protecting his people at all costs. Said to posses a tactical genius unmatched by his peers, he is an essential part of the defense council which insures the protection of the Craftworld. The recent events surrounding the Chaos attack however have brought shame to Riordan, and he yearns for the battlefield where he might redeem his honor.

Troop Units

The Guardians of Khoura-Suine, Squadron 1, The Birthright of the Stars
History: This squadron is made up almost entirely of the younger generations of Eldar, eager for a taste of battle and a chance to prove themselves worthy of the title Khoura-Suine. An integral part of the Craftworld's defense and offense, the Birthright of the Stars perform numerous functions upon the battlefield and serve whereever needed. However, this squadron is known for its blood thirst, and in their quest to gain glory through battle, they can act rashly and disregard orders given them. So far, this has not resulted in a terrible problem, but who knows what the future holds.

History: Squadron 2 is made up of Eldar from all walks of life who have taken up arms to defend their home. These Eldar are what define Craftworld Khoura-Suine's beliefs, culture, and ethics. Many are, in addition to being Guardians, philosophers or scribes, who recall Khoura-Suine's turbulent history and the numerous battles in which they participate. Much like Squadron 1, they serve in whatever function is most needed and are a vital part of the Craftworld's defense and offense. Unlike their counterparts however, they are not rash or disobedient, but instead are a controlled group of capable soldiers.

The Bloody Hands of Khaine -- Dark Reapers led by Exarch Rhannoch
History: The Bloody Hands of Khaine are one of the few elite groups which are made up of the younger generations of Eldar. These warriors fill the vital niche of firepower, using their deadly weapons to lay a withering hail of fire down upon approaching enemies. This squad in particular seeks the glory which can only be found on the battlefield, sometimes leading them to take rash or even suicidal actions. Their leader, Rhannoch, is a valiant man who provides an inspiring figure upon the battlefield. It is typically under his direction that the Bloody Hands of Khaine perform their particularly dangerous actions, normally without regard for their own safety. While many of the Bloody Hands peers, particularly the Blades of Khoura-Suine, look down upon them, their is little doubt that they are an invaluable asset to the Craftworld.
