There's this great little book by Joel Saltzman
titled "IF YOU CAN TALK, YOU CAN WRITE"..
In the spirit of word adventure, I'll pick a word
or words,
"play loose with it",
take it for a walk, go on a voyage of discovery,
and make something happen to it in some "new and provocative way"..
Or, hold up a mirror to my life.. a
FUN-HOUSE MIRROR..
and FREEWRITE
what I see and feel.
Kahlil Gibran says, "For what is your friend
that you should seek him with hours to kill?
Seek him always with hours to
live."
Let me catch a glimpse of soul (not necessarily mine!),
find meaning in ordinary things, and be grateful for
extraordinary ones.
