Packing
1. Packing standards:
All items are packed into paper, corrugated sheets and bubble wrap, then they
are put into cartons and labeled accordingly, and if required they are stuffed
into wooden boxes. For all sea shipments, Loose Container Loaded is into Lift
Vans and incase of 20 foot and 40 foot Containers the cartons are loose loaded
in the container.
Special care is taken to pack fragile items like crystal, chinaware etc. and
polished furniture is packed into butter paper and packing blankets, which
protects the polished surface and keeps the moisture out.All international removal
companies recognize our packing standards.
2. Procedure for a move:
a.A survey is made estimating the size and volume of the shipment.
b. Rates are quoted accordingly.
c.Once the rates have been accepted. (written acceptance is mandatory)
d.Packing date is decided with mutual consent.
e.On the said packing date and time, all items are packed into cartons and stuffed into wooden boxes, Lift Vans or containers as required. Cartons are
marked and a packing list is made which the shipper on the spot signs.
f.Documentation is completed.
g.The goods are moved to the Airport or Seaport. Here the goods are custom cleared and booked on the Airline/ Shipping line.
h.Packing list and MAWB/ O-B/L is handed over to the shipper. The shipments have a tracking system and services for tracking are also available on the
internet.
i.On arrival of the shipment at the destination a arrival notice is sent to the consignee.
j.You have a choice to either get it custom cleared by one of our agents or an agent of your own choice.
k.If services of door delivery are required our agent would be providing you
that facility.
3.Types of Services in a Household good shipment:
a.Door to Door Service.
Goods are moved from your doorstep at the origin to your doorstep at the
destination.
Note: All port dues, taxes etc. at the destination country are borne by the
shipper/consignee.
b. Door to Port Service.
Goods are moved from your door step to a customs airport/seaport in the
country of destination. After that it is the responsibilities of the shipper/consignee
for onward movement.
c.Port to door Service.
From the landing port of destination, the goods are forwarded to the doorstep.
Note: All port dues, taxes etc. at the destination country are borne by the
shipper/consignee.
d. Port to Port.
The goods are custom cleared at the port of origin and booked on airline/shipping line. No other services are included in this.

world.
All shipments can be moved on prepaid or on freight to pay basis.
Note: The rate of currency exchange would be charged at the Open Market Buying
of the day the day the shipment arrives at the destination Airport.
2.Outbound:
We can offer Air freight, packing, pick-up, handling and forwarding charges for
all kinds of export (Commercial and household) shipments from anywhere in the
world.
All shipments can be moved on prepaid or on freight to pay basis as desired by
the exporter.

Air:
We can offer consolidated Airfreight for all import and export shipments to and
from any destination origin. This also includes foreign to foreign
shipments.
Freight payment terms can be prepaid or collect basis. To furnish you these
rates we require the following information.

Sea:
We can offer consolidated Sea freight for all LCL, import and export shipments
to and from any destination / origin. This also includes foreign to foreign
shipments.
