She turned 22 years old in 2001 and is as healthy and active as any 6 year old mare.

She is pictured above with her owner at the time, Mary Kipp. The trophy is for 1987 champion high point owners to ride. She won it and many other championships in her show career - too numerous to mention.

This is MERRY LEGS, daughter of WALKER'S MERRY LAD, dam of REEVES' SANDY, grand-dam of DUSTY TRAVELER


This picture doesn't show her at her best, but the old lady, Merry Legs, above was 32 years old when this was taken in 1990. It was early winter and she had some long hair. She was also still wet from a bath, but it is the only photo we have of her. We wanted to show where Dusty gets his color.
